Ewell A. Arnold

Ewell A. Arnold, age 85, of Lawrenceville, Georgia, passed away on Saturday, August 27th, 2016. He is survived by his loving wife of 64 years, Salena Arnold. He is also survived by 5 daughters and their families, Aleshia and Larry Steele, Regina Webb, Angela Joslin, Renee and John Taylor, Arenda and Mike Schultz; 11 grandchildren and their families; 5 great grandchildren; sister, Rebecca Loggins; and brother, Charles Arnold. Mr. Arnold was a native of Gwinnett county. He was a retired banker and builder and a life time member and Deacon Emeritus of North Metro First Baptist Church, formerly Pleasant Hill Baptist Church. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm, Wednesday, August 31, 2016 at North Metro Baptist Church with Dr. Frank Cox officiating. Interment will follow at White Chapel Memorial Gardens. Mr. Arnold will lie in state 2 hours prior to the service from 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made, in memory of Ewell Arnold, to the North Metro First Baptist Church Building Fund.
