Frances Keturah Wieringa

Frances “Kay” Wieringa, 66, of Marietta, GA passed away on Sunday, August 14, 2016 after a long battle with cancer. She was the only child born to Raymond Glenn & Keturah Hensler. She was a long time employee of the First United Methodist Church in Newnan, GA before her illness. She was a “second mother” to many and never met a child that she did not love. Kay is survived by her son, William Glenn Wieringa, her daughter Kathy Swallow, son-in-law Martin Swallow, and grandson Trevor Swallow. The family would like to give special thanks to Our Lady of Perpetual Help Home who loved Kay and comforted her in her last days. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, August 18, 2016 at 11am at Melwood Cemetery, 5170 E Ponce de Leon Ave, Stone Mountain, GA 30083
