Hill, Joe - Frank Joseph “Joe” Hill, Jr., age 70 of Decatur, passed away at his home on July 25, 2015. He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Brooke Hill; and brother, Tim Hill. Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, August 1, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at Wages and Sons Stone Mountain Chapel, with Rev. Tim Hill officiating.
