Mr. Gilbert D. Dugan, 82, of Stone Mountain, GA., passed away on October 23, 2014. Survivors are wife Nancy, son and daughter-in-law, Steven and Dixie Dugan of Gainesville, GA, daughter and son-in-law, Bill and Pamela Walters of Kennesaw, two grandchildren, Kevin and Ashley Walters of Kennesaw. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hospice Atlanta Center, 1244 Park Vista Dr. NE, Atlanta, GA 30319. The family will receive friends from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm on Saturday, October 25, at Wages and Son Funeral Home, 1040 Main Street, Stone Mountain, GA, 30086.
