Henry Marcus Grimes

Henry Marcus Grimes passed away, at the age of 76, on Sunday, January 9, 2022. Marc was born October 30, 1945 in Detroit, MI. He is survived by his daughter Asha Chambers, son-in-law Hank Chambers, two grandsons Austin and HC, and granddaughter Zoë, as well as a multitude of family and friends.

Marc was a mountain of a man in stature as well as spirit. You never had to wonder where you stood with him, he was straightforward that way. He enjoyed his father/daughter time whether it was a movie, lunch, etc. He was very invested in his grandchildren, attending as many birthday parties, sporting events, and plays as possible as well as overall family time.

He retired from MCI as a manager in sales where he made a vast number of friends.

A Memorial Service will be held at 3:00PM on Sunday, January 23, 2022 at Wages & Sons Funeral Home, 1031 Lawrenceville Highway Lawrenceville, GA 30046.
