Henry Hubert Wilbanks was born in 1935 to Wilda & Marlor Wilbanks in Tiger, GA. He was one of fourteen children. Henry served as a lieutenant in the United States Army from 1954-1961 and is a veteran of the Korean War. He married Mary Ellen Wilbanks on September 5th1955 and soon started a family that would eventually include four children. Henry supported his family working as a Certified Dental Technician. He was a Certified Dental Technician for over fifty years. Mr. Wilbanks ran his own business; Will's Crown & Bridge out of the basement of his home for many years. Henry was an avid fisherman and often enjoyed taking his grandchildren fishing with him. Henry was a joker, never passing the opportunity to joke around or laugh. He was a kind and loving father and granddaddy and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Henry was preceded in death by his loving wife Mary Ellen Wilbanks and his daughter Pamela Kay Christmas. He is survived by three sons, Ricky Lynn Wilbanks of Decatur, Barry David Wilbanks of Jefferson and Jeffrey Wilbanks of Loganville, ten grandchildren; Tracy Christmas Fullard of Talmo, GA, Shawn Wilbanks of Oakwood, GA, Jessica Christmas Mercado of Charlotte, NC, Blake Wilbanks of Lawrenceville GA, Keisha Wilbanks Patterson of Cocoa, FL, Steven Wilbanks of Cocoa, FL, Joshua Wilbanks of Loganville GA, Kaylie Wilbanks, and Austin & Victoria Wilbanks also of Loganville, GA, and six great-grandchildren.
