Hoàng Thị Lê

Hoàng Thị Lê, age 87, of Lawrenceville, Georgia, passed away peacefully on April 27, 2026 with her beloved family by her side. Hoàng is survived by her husband, 3 children, 9 grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her oldest daughter and middle son.

She was born in Phan Thiết, Việtnam. When she became a mother, she instilled the importance of education into her children, encouraging them to make great strides. When her husband, Chánh, served in the war, Hoàng was the one to take up the mantle at home. She immigrated to the United States with her husband and youngest daughter in 1996.

Hoàng had a life-long love for arts and crafts. She loved to embroider and scrapbook. Not to be beaten by her stroke in 1985, she learned to deftly use her other hand and continued to create and write. She had a soft spot for cute dolls, and she treasured her collection dearly. Studious, organized, and crafty, she also harbored a humorous side, and she absolutely loved to spend time at gatherings of friends and family.

Hoàng will be missed greatly by all of her family. Her smile always shone brightly and was extraordinarily contagious, and it will continue to shine on in our memories.

We will be celebrating her life on Thursday, May 7, 2026 at Wages and Sons Funeral Home, 1031 Lawrenceville Hwy, Lawrenceville, GA 30046.
