Janette Couch Patrick

Janette Couch Patrick, age 58, of Port Orange, FL passed away Sunday, April 10, 2016 in Daytona, FL.  She was preceded in death by her mother, Lynette Amelia Phillips Couch and father, Thomas Edgar Couch.  Janette is survived by her husband, Don Patrick; stepsons, Brad Patrick and Brian Patrick; sister, Jennifer Couch Zaccone & husband, Lou; brother, Jeff Couch; nephew, Jay Couch & wife, Lauren; niece, Taylor Couch Grizzle & husband, Cody, and their children, Brantley, Bennett, and Elleigh; niece, Sydney Couch;  niece, Kline Couch; and a large family of aunts, uncles, and cousins. Jan was a graduate of Central Gwinnett High School and received her undergraduate and graduate degree in education from the University of Georgia.  She spent the majority of her career as a middle school teacher at Lawrenceville Middle School.  Jan spent the last 12 years living in Port Orange, FL outside of Daytona Beach. A memorial service will be held at 3:00 pm, Sunday, May 15, 2016 in the sanctuary of  First Baptist Church in Lawrenceville, GA with Dr. Lamar Holley and Rev.
