Janice Ruth Osgood

Janice Ruth Osgood, age 90, of Park Springs Retirement Community in Stone Mountain, GA, died May 27, 2017. She was born February 23, 1927 in Lawrence, MA. Janice moved to Atlanta 63 years ago and raised her family in Doraville. She enjoyed walking, sewing, quilting, knitting, cooking, volunteering, working in the yard, and camping. She and her husband Don travelled to many interesting locations in their RV including New England, the West Coast, Florida, and many national parks. Janice is survived by Donald, her husband of 66 years, sons Brian (Deborah) Osgood and Eric (Linda Wood) Osgood, and grandsons Nick Osgood and Jace Cadle. A brief graveside service will be held at North Atlanta Memorial Gardens in Doraville on Wednesday, May 31 at 11:00am.
