Jean M. Carroll

Jean Marler Carroll, age 92 of Lilburn, passed away on Friday, January 21, 2022. Jean was born in Memphis, Tennessee, on Saturday, January 26, 1929. She was the fourth of seven children born to the late Guy & Rosetta Marler. In addition, she was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert Carroll; her son, John Carroll and her six siblings. Surviving relatives include: Three children: Bruce Carroll, Lilburn; Ava Bruce, Bowman; and Reba (Michael) Baker, Loganville. Five grandchildren: Michelle (Brian) West, Woodstock; Ginnie (Brian) Moore, Jefferson; Brittni Gillespie, Bowman; Luke (Monica) Baker, Atlanta and Kyle Baker, Denver, Colorado. Additional survivors include eight great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. A family graveside service is scheduled for 2 pm on Monday, January 24th at Gwinnett Memorial Park, Lawrenceville with Pastor Jimmy Wilson officiating. Interment will follow at Gwinnett Memorial Park, Lawrenceville. No visitation is scheduled.
