JEREMY JAY PHILLIPS, only 24 years old - A loving person with a very tender heart. Survived by his parents, Beverly and Tim Phillips; his brother, Daniel; and his sister, Christina. The family will have "A Celebration of Jeremy's Life", on Saturday, July 21, 2012 from 3:00pm to 7:00pm. The funeral service is Sunday, July 22, 2012 at 5:00pm.
