John Robert Garmon

John Robert Garmon, age 90, passed away Wednesday, April 4, 2018. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Army serving in World War II,where he was a member of the 82nd Airborne Division was of the Baptist Faith, Loved electronics and the "Bible". He is survived by his wife, Opal H. Garmon, brother & sister in laws, Eugenia(Harold) Everett, Julia Mobley, Billy Hewatt, Wink (Sarah) Hewatt and Charles (Becky) Hewatt. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, April 7, 2018 at 1:00 pm at Wages & Sons Stone Mountain Chapel with Rev. Paul Pittard officiating. Interment will be at Eternal Hills Memory Gardens in Snellville, GA. The family will receive friends Saturday from 10:30 AM until 1:00 PM at Wages & Sons Stone Mountain Chapel.
