John Fred Rosenbrook Iii

John Fred Rosenbrook, III, age 92, of Lawrenceville, GA passed away July 29, 2013. Our dear Uncle John was bom in Atlanta, GA on December 21, 1920. He lived his entire life in the Atlanta/Dunwoody area. John served during World War II in the Army Air Corp in the PacificTheater. After discharge, he spent his career at the Georgia Dept. of Transportation as a Materials Analyst. He is preceded in death by his parents, John F. Rosenbrook, Jr. and Pauline Justus Rosenbrook; his wife of 61 years, Dorothy Carroll Rosenbrook; and sisters, Kathryn R. Howard and Mary R. Wrigley; nephew, Robert S. Wrigley, Jr. He is survived by nieces and nephews, Deborah & Larry Glover, Jerry & Denise Howard, Tom & Cindy Wrigley, Polly & Danny Davis, Alex & Gina Wrigley; and long time friend, Jim Gaskill. Services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, July 31, 2013 at Wages & Sons Funeral Home in Lawrenceville with Pastor Daniel Berg officiating. Interment will follow at Arlington Memorial Cemetery in Sandy Springs. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made, in memory of John, to the USO of Georgia, P.O. Box 20963, Atlanta, GA 30320.
