John "Mickey" Shockley

John “Mickey” Shockley age 69 of Snellville passed away August 4, 2017. Mickey loved riding his Harley and watching sports. He worked for over 30 years with DeKalb County as a Police Officer, Homicide Detective and retired as Director of DeKalb County Medical Examiners. He is survived by his daughters, Stephanie Shockley, Colorado and Samantha J. Shockley, Cumming, GA; brother, James M. Shockley, Lithonia; granddaughter, Janell Echols, Rome, GA. A memorial service will be held Tuesday, August 8, 2017 at 4:00 PM at Wages & Sons Gwinnett Chapel. Pastor Micheal Sims will officiate.
