John Sartwell Way, Iii.

John (Jack) Way, age 73, of Lawrenceville, GA passed away on January 25, 2020 due to Alzheimer’s disease that he was diagnosed with 5 years ago. Jack was born on July 4, 1946 in Marblehead, MA, and is survived by his wife Jan Way and his daughter Megan Rudisill. Jack’s siblings include George (Terry) Dunham of No. Andover,MA, Junia Kennedy of Beverly MA, and Richard (Dick) Dunham of Birmingham, AL. His parents were Janet Rothwell Way and John S. Way, Jr. He proudly served our country in Vietnam. Jack loved to golf, and is remembered by many of his talent. We also loved attending concerts together, and enjoyed many nights of listening to music on our deck in good weather. He was a beloved husband and father, and he is now the proud grandfather of Bryson Anthony Rudisill, 13 months old.

A gathering of friends and family will be held on Saturday, February 1, 2020 at Wages & Sons Funeral Home on Highway 29 in Lawrenceville from 2-4, and a service with military honors will be at 4PM.
