Jon Hyatt-Haye

Jon Hyatt-Haye, age 60, of Covington, GA, passed away on December 25, 2025. He was preceded in death by his father, Lonnie Haye. He is survived by his love, partner, and best friend of 35 years, Shawn Hyatt-Haye, his mother, Edna Jean Haye, his three brothers, James (Julie) Haye, Jerry (Clarise) Haye, Jerome Haye, and his three “sisters”, Kim (Nicky) Patrick, Kathy (John) Patterson, Karen (Drake) Ford, nephews, Justin (Delyce) Haye, Josh (Laney) Haye, and several other nieces, nephews, and family.

He was a graduate of Redan High School, Stone Mountain, GA and employed with World Financial Group for nearly 30 years.

Jon was one of the kindest, most caring individuals that you could ever meet. His easy-going nature and big genuine smile reflected who he was on the inside. He was such a caregiver. He loved not just in words, but in his actions, showering his loved ones with countless acts of kindness, always putting their needs above his own. He never tired of caring for friends, family, and his beloved fur babies.

Jon enjoyed the great outdoors, whether it was a camping trip, a peaceful sunset drive around the lake, or simply mowing the lawn. He was grateful for the life God had given him.

Jon gave freely of his time, his energy, and his heart. His love was evident in all that he did. He is deeply loved and will be missed immensely.
