Joseph Brantley, Jr.

Joseph Brantley, Jr., age 95, of Dahlonega, GA formerly of Winder, GA passed away Saturday, July 16, 2016. He was preceded in death by his wife, Clara Louise Brantley. He is survived by his daughters, Nancy Stamey & husband, Ron, of New Smyrna Beach, FL; Marsha Palmer & husband, Jim, of Dahlonega, GA; Marie Hagist & husband, Gary, of Winder, GA; sons, Richard Brantley & wife, Nancy, of Dahlonega, GA; Gene Brantley & wife, Dena, of Temple, GA; several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Joseph attended North Georgia Military College and proudly served his country in the U.S. Army during World War II. He worked as a salesman for the major part of his life. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm, Wednesday, July 20, 2016 at Wages & Sons Gwinnett Chapel with Dr. Phillip Palmer officiating. Interment will follow at Gwinnett Memorial Park.
