Joseph Bernard Dowling, Sr., age 85, of Lilburn, GA passed away on Monday, October 16, 2017. He is preceded in death by her parents, Patrick and Edna Dowling. He is survived by his children, Joseph B. Dowling, Jr., Patricia Dowling and Lynne Holbrook; Seven Grandchildren. A funeral mass will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Friday, October 20, 2017 at St. John Neumann Catholic Church, 801 Tom Smith Rd SW, Lilburn, GA 30047 with Fr. Sunny Punnakuziyil, MSFS, officiating. The family will receive friends 1 hour prior to the service at the church.
