Joseph Elliott Lasserre, age 87, passed away Saturday, January 10, 2015 in his home in Lawrenceville, GA. He leaves his wife of 63 years, Dottie Ritchie Lasserre; son, David Lasserre (Joan) of El Prado, NM; daughter, Peggy Lasserre Rowden (Clay) of Lawrenceville, GA; grandson, Michael Rowden Lasserre (Rachel) of Birmingham, AL; brothers, Earl Lassere (Rita), Daniel Patrick Lassere (Gertrude); sister, Hazel Scioneaux (Ronald) and many nieces and nephews. Family and friends are invited to gather at Wages & Sons Funeral Home, 1031 Lawrenceville Hwy. Lawrenceville, GA 30046 for visitation Tuesday, January 13, 2015 from 1PM until 2:30PM. A Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, January 13, 2015 at 2:30PM at Wages & Sons Funeral Home Gwinnett Chapel with Dr. Frank Cox officiating. Graveside Service and Interment will follow at White Chapel Memorial Gardens, 1832 Pleasant Hill Rd. Duluth, GA 30096.
