Joyce Carol Nagy

Joyce C. Nagy, age 74, passed away on Wednesday, June 27, 2018, at Gwinnett Medical Center in Lawrenceville, Georgia. She was born May 8, 1944, in Nashville, Tennessee, to Ray and Elizabeth (Harnish) Miller. She was a 1962 graduate of Clarenceville High School. She married Roger Nagy on April 11, 1969, in Farmington, Michigan. She was a homemaker, loving wife, and mother of two children. Joyce loved gardening and spending time with her family, and spent much of her life pursuing her passion for quilting. She is survived by her husband, Roger; daughter, Melinda Carlson (Brian); son, Brian (Lisa); and three grandchildren, Christopher, Jonathan, and Nicholas Carlson. Family, friends, and others whose lives Joyce touched are invited to Amazing Grace Lutheran Church, 3305 Lawrenceville Hwy, Lawrenceville, from 10-12 a.m. on Tuesday, July 3, 2018, to celebrate her life.
