Kenneth Edward Myatt, age 84, of Atlanta passed away Thursday May 31, 2018. His wife Charlotte W Myatt survives him. He was born in Paducah, KY June 27, 1933. He left Paducah to attend Georgia Institute of Technology and graduated with a degree in Industrial Management. Kenneth was retired from service in the U.S. Navy as a two star Rear Admiral. He was also retired from a career in the information technology business as Executive Vice President of Consultec, inc. He is survived by his daughter Kim Croney and husband Mark, Lawrenceville; grandchildren Chad Dial and wife Meredith, Maggie McDaniel and husband Shaun, two great grandchildren Finley McDaniel and Myatt Dial. He will be greatly missed by his family, friends and all who knew him. He was welcomed to heaven this week by his son Steven L. Myatt who passed way November 21, 2009. There will be a private service for the family following which he will be laid to rest at the Georgia National Cemetery in Canton, Ga with military honors on Tuesday, June 5th. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Kenneth’s name to the Alzheimer’s Foundation
