Lawrence J. Mehok

Lawrence J. Mehok, age 73, of Stone Mountain, passed away peacefully on November 25, 2014 after a 9 month battle with pancreatic cancer. He was preceded in death by his parents, Andrew and Pauline Mehok. He attended Kent State University. He relocated to Atlanta, GA in 1978 with work at Teledyne Monarch Rubber and continued his career in industrial sales. He is survived by his wife of 48 years Catherine Mehok, children, Mark (Kristina) Mehok, Cumming, GA; Greg (Kimia) Mehok, Suwanee, GA; Eric (Maria) Mehok, Douglasville, GA; Carrie (Bruce) Calkins, Mableton, GA; brother, Robert Mehok, Akron, OH; beloved sister in law, Helen Conway, Akron, OH; grandchildren, Max, Ella, Kayla, Mac, Noah & Cameron. Memorial Mass will be held Tuesday December 2, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at Corpus Christi Catholic Church with Father John Molyneux serving as Celebrant. The family will receive friends Monday from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Wages & Sons Stone Mountain Chapel.
