It is with heavy hearts that we’re celebrating the life of Anne Marie Léide Délice, born in Petite Rivière de l’ Artibonite, Haïti, on August 9, 1922, to Mr. Sansaric Délice, and Alicia Aristilde Délice. She moved to Saint-Marc, then to Port-au-Prince. She was the third child of Louise, Délicé, Léila, and Maxiana. She gave birth to 4 daughters, 3 sons, 5 survivors: Fritz B. Léger, Jacqueline Délice, Carole D. Perez, Marie Fernelle Délice, Ronald J. Délice.
She left Haiti in 1970 to go to Brooklyn, New-York, where she worked very hard to take care of her family. After her retirement, she moved to Atlanta, Georgia, until her last day on this earth.
Léide was survived by her children, Fritz B. Legér, Jacqueline Délice, Carole Perez, Fernelle Délice, Ronald Délice, and her grandchildren: Kattia Fetière, Joanne Léger, Kessler Botes Roche, Farah Léger, Kerline Cespedes, Marie Blanche L. Sibulkin(Sibulkin), Kepler Léger, Mimie Clesca, Ricardo Perez, Mélissa Perez, Jean Philip Colon, Brandon Délice, Stéphanie Délice, her great grandchildren: Carl-Edward Fetière, Tatiana Fetière, Bianca Fetière, Joel Thomas, Jonathan Léger, Kiara Clark, Eden Cespedes, Angélique Cespedes, Simon Cespedes, Damanie Jimenez, Alexis Marie Léger, Alex Délice, Zaack A. Délice, Ian F. Perez, and countless nieces, nephews, and cousins.
