Leonard “Len” Mish, age 73, passed away on Tuesday November 23rd, 2021 after an 18 month battle with ALS. He is survived by his wife of 26 years, Tonya Mish, his daughter Jaime Kirk and son-in-law Dan Kirk, two granddaughters Jocelyn (12) and Kaitlyn (9), sister Nancy Strussion and brother-in-law Gene Strussion and their three daughters, along with so many friends that have become family.
Len was born in Wilkinsburg, PA on August 25, 1948 to Albert and Irene Mish. He graduated from Penn State University with a degree in Accounting. He worked as the manager at One Stop Printing and Signs for over 30 years. Len could be found golfing most Saturday mornings. He and Tonya loved their “dock life” at Lake Lanier. From April through November, they spent every weekend on their boat where they relaxed, had fun and made lifelong memories and friendships. He also had a great love for traveling with his family and friends.
As an avid sports fan, he enjoyed football and baseball the most. For over 40 years, he was an Atlanta Falcons season ticket holder. He always cheered for the Braves and loved seeing them win the World Series this year. He also loved cheering for his college Alma Mater, Penn State.
In lieu of flowers we are asking for a donation to one of two ALS organizations. And please pray for a cure! https://donate.als.org/give/287064/#!/donation/checkout?c_src=jumppage https://secure2.convio.net/alsa/site/Donation2?df_id=34502&34502.donation=form1
