Linda Katherine Barnard

Linda Barnard, age 69, of Lawrenceville, GA passed away June 26, 2011. She is survived by her husband of 49 years, John H. Barnard; son, Tom Barnard and wife, Marsha, of Dacula; son, Johnny Barnard and wife, Holly, of Hoschton; daughter, Christi Barnard and partner, Michelle, of Oakwood; sister, Barbara Ann May and husband, Hugh, of Lawrenceville; grandchildren, Sumner Barnard, Cooper Barnard, Hannah Barnard, and Amelia Barnard; sisters-in-law, Diane Barnard of Trenton, GA and Rookie Tiller of Cleveland, OH; nieces & nephews, Dicky & Diane May, Vann Farrell, Michael & Melissa May, Megan & Will Farrell, Shannon & Kelly Barnard. Linda worked for the Gwinnett County Board of Education for 29 years and was a member of Prospect United Methodist Church. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, June 29, 2011 at Prospect United Methodist Church with Rev. Grady Mosley and Rev. Eddie Herring officiating. Interment will follow at Gwinnett Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 2:00-4:00 pm and from 6:00-8:00 pm on Tuesday, June 28, 2011 at Wages & Sons Gwinnett Chapel.
