Margaret Ann Belcher

Margaret (Peggy) Ann Fender Belcher, wife of the late Ray Belcher, passed away at Emory University Hospital in Atlanta on July 7, 2023 after a long illness. She is survived by her children Carmen (Belcher) Dillard, Mark Belcher, Winfred Belcher, and Jonathan Belcher, nine grandchildren, and two great grandchildren. A private celebration of her life will take place at a later date.
