Marilyn Laprade Griffin

Marilyn LaPrade Griffin, age 70, of Lawrenceville, GA passed away on Sunday, February 28, 2016. She is survived by her loving husband of 33 years, James A. Griffin, Sr; son, Michael Bennett and wife, Carrie of Snellville, GA; granddaughter, Ashley Devore and husband, Anthony of Snellville, GA; great granddaughter, Addison Devore of Snellville, GA; and sister, Martha Ann Garrin of Cornelia, Ga. Marilyn worked as an Administrative Assistant at Atlanta Dental Supply and Griffin Marine. She was a member of the Mt. Carmel Baptist Church in Demorest, GA. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Wednesday, March 2, 2016 at Wages and Sons Gwinnett Chapel with Rev. Nathan Ridgeway and Phil Ridgeway officiating. Interment will follow at White Chapel Memorial Garden in Duluth, GA.
