Marjorie "Margie" Woodward Adams

Marjorie "Margie" Gordon Woodward Adams, Age 88, of Tucker, passed away on Friday January 19, 2018 following an extended illness. Born on Sunday, July 7, 1929 in Watkinsville, Georgia. She was the daughter of the late Maurice and Sarah Elizabeth Bell Gordon, and was preceded in death by William H. Woodward, the children's Father,and daughter, Becky Millhouse. Mrs. Adams was of the Methodist faith and was the office manager for her husband's mechanic business for many years. Surviving are her husband of 45 years, K.C. Adams, Jr. of the home; daughters, Linda (Michael) Etter of Lilburn, and Cindy (Bert) Guess of Granbury, Texas; brother, Ronnie Gordon of Lawrenceville; sisters, Jean Wheat of Watkinsville, Gail (Henry) Cochran of Lawrenceville; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and her niece, Melissa Cochran-Shafer who was also her care giver. A celebration of life will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, January 23, 2018 at the Wages & Sons Stone Mountain Chapel with Pastor Barbara Campbell officiating.
