Martha Jerleen Reed

Martha Jerleen Reed, age 84, of Lawrenceville, GA passed away on Tuesday, March 14, 2017. She was born in Shelby, NC to Alfred Waters and Osteen Tate Waters. She is preceded in death by her husband, Floyd McElroy. She is survived by her children, Richard McElroy and wife, Sherry, Joseph McElroy wife, Kung, Karen Starnes and husband, Wesley, and Linda Synder; 10 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; brother, Al Waters; sisters, Barbara Ellis and husband, Frank, Rachael Picklesimmer, Ruby McMurry and husband, Bobby. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Saturday, March 18, 2018 at Wages and Sons Gwinnett Chapel with Dr. John Goldman and Dr. David Poe officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00 P.M.-2:00 P.M. prior to the service at Wages and Sons Gwinnett Chapel, 1031 Lawrenceville Hwy.., Lawrenceville, GA 30046. 770-277-4550.
