Mary Lois Roberts

She was born on August 18, 1927 in Macon, GA to George Anthony and Julia Fogg Nobles. Mrs. Roberts was a Licensed Practical Nurse and did both hospital and private duty during her career. Mrs. Roberts was of the Baptist faith and a member of Decatur Heights Baptist Church. Mrs. Roberts is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Dianne and Nick Velazquez of Downers Grove, IL; son, Charley Mills of Lithonia, GA; daughter and son-in-law, Sheila and Tony Branch of Lake City, FL; 15 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; stepdaughter and son-in-law Melda and Don Tharpe of Gainesville, GA; stepdaughter Betty Roberts of Montgomery, AL; stepson, Larry Roberts of Montgomery, AL; sister, Francis Presnell of Fayetteville, GA; and sister and brother-in-law, Laura and Luther Moore of Lavonia, GA. Funeral services will be held on Friday, June 25, 2010 at 2 o?clock at Wages & Sons Gwinnett Chapel with interment to follow at Gwinnett Memorial Park in Lawrenceville. The family will receive friends from 12 o?clock until 2 o?clock on Friday at Wages & Sons Gwinnett Chapel, 1031 Lawrenceville Highway, Lawrenceville, 770-277-4550.
