Mary K. Wilson

"Mary K. Wilson passed on March 20, 2011. She was a native of Mobile, Al. and was preceded in death by her parents Thelma & Alden Kercher, husband Floyd E. Jr., and grandson William "Billy" Lewis. She graduated from Convent of Mercy and traveled extensively with her husband throughout the southeast and New England. Mary settled in the Atlanta area in 1969 and moved to Gwinnett County in 1974. She was a member of St. Lawrence Catholic Church of Lawrenceville, Prince of Peace Catholic Church, and Pine Ridge/Springbrook Country Club. She leaves to cherish her memory 4 children, Michael & Becky Wilson of Braselton, Cindy & Fred Johnston of Acworth, Becky & Bill Lewis of Hoschton, and Mark & Christa Wilson of Hoschton. She leaves 6 grandchildren Randy Johnston, Katie Lewis, Savannah & Max Wilson, Caroline & Christian Wilson and great-grandchild Alexis Lewis, step-grandchildren Charles Johnston and sons Jayson & Justin, Audrey & Sean Fitzgerald and sons Owen & Rhys, Chasity & Wesley Martin and daughters Morgan & Madison. She worked as a secretary and customer service rep. for 25 years in the Norcross area when she retired to take care of elderly parents. She loved and enjoyed family gatherings, animals, and crossword puzzles, food, fun, and life. She was loved by all and will be greatly missed." A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM, Friday, March 25, 2011 at Gwinnett Memorial Park in Lawrenceville. The family will receive friends prior to the service on Friday from 12:00 PM ? 2:00 PM at Wages & Sons Gwinnett Chapel, 1031 Lawrenceville Hwy., Lawrenceville, GA 30046, 770-277-4550.
