Matthew Thomas VanSistine (1972-2025)

Matthew (Matt) Thomas VanSistine, 53, of Dallas, GA, died unexpectedly on June 20, 2025.

He was born in Baraboo, WI in 1972 to Thomas Simon VanSistine and Deborah Lee VanSistine. His family relocated to Decatur, GA in 1978.

Matt was preceded in death by his father, Thomas VanSistine, and his step father, William (Woody) Simmons. He is survived by his mother, Deborah VanSistine, sister, Alisha VanSistine-Boss (Jeff), and step-sister Alashia Cody (Josh).
