Pamela Elaine Harris

Pamela Harris transitioned to her eternal home peacefully on January 8, 2020. She was born in Miami, FL on October 23, 1950 to Bernard C. and Hallie C. Wilson. She was raised in Atlanta and graduated from Briarcliff High School. After graduation, she returned to Miami where she attended Miami Dade College and the University of South Florida where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and English. Pamela was preceded in death by her parents and grandparents. She was married to her husband, Micheal, for 45 years. She is survived by her husband; a son, Jon and spouse Erica; Daughter, Jan and spouse Tim as well as many nieces, nephews and close friends. After retiring from Gwinnett County Library System, Pam enjoyed spending time reading, sewing, painting and traveling with her husband. She will be missed by the many people whose lives she touched.
