Pamela Lynn Hubbard

Pam Hubbard passed away surrounded by family while in hospice care on July 30, 2023. She fought a vigorous 6 year battle with ovarian cancer.

Pam was born in Baltimore, Maryland but her family quickly moved to Atlanta. They then moved to Gwinnett County where she and her brother Jimmy attended Berkmar Highschool. Even after marriage, Pam remained in the Gwinnett area to be close to her beloved parents.

Pam’s favorite endeavor was being a mom to her sons Lance and Shawn. With her sons being good athletes, watching baseball and basketball games kept the whole family busy. Pam was a wonderful “Mimi” to granddaughter Hannah encouraging her artistic talents and holding dress up fashion shoots. She also enjoyed country music, trips to Dahlonega and watching scary movies. She had a mathematical mind and was well regarded at work for being efficient and friendly. She always put other people’s wishes ahead of her own. When anyone googles the word “selfless”, a picture of Pam’s face should appear next to the correct spelling.

Pam is survived by her husband John, sons Lance and Shawn, her parents Jim and Barbara and granddaughter Hannah.
