Patricia Jane Brown

Patricia Patt Ford Brown, 63, lost her ongoing battle with cancer and passed away at her home, surrounded by her family and loved ones, in Lawrenceville, GA on Tuesday, July 30, 2013. There will be a Rosary held Friday evening at 7:00 pm and a memorial service Saturday morning at 11:00 am. Both will be held at St. Marguerite d'Youville Catholic Church, Lawrenceville, GA. Patt was a devoted educator for 25 years and was Teacher of the Year at B.B. Harris Elementary School 2005-2006. She was an active member at St. Marguerite's and their St. Vincent de Paul Society. A former member of St. Lawrence Catholic Church, she developed a lifetime group of friends playing Bunco, carrying on the tradition for almost 30 years. Patt is survived by her husband Don, and her four sons Anthony, Todd, Benjamin, and Michael, sisters Mary Anne Patrie Stan, Peggy, Cele, Barbara, and Betsy Griffeth Russ, two brothers, Ed Ford Pat and Andy Ford Arlene, four grandsons and numerous nieces and nephews.
