Sardarni Pritam Kaur Ji (wife of late Sardar Jagtar Singh Chawla) left for heavenly abode peacefully, at home surrounded by family in Suwanee, Georgia, USA, late in the evening on Thursday, June 23, 2022.

Sardarni Pritam Kaur Ji had a positive approach to life and always responded cheerfully – “I am fine and ok” when asked. She was a caring person who valued and loved her family above all else. She was very affectionate with every person she came in contact with. She maintained a regular regimen for staying fit and healthy.

Sardarni Pritam Kaur Ji was a pious person and performed her prayers regularly. She had read the Guru Granth Sahib (holy book of the Sikh religion) many times and could quote from it. She was well educated and kept aware of what was happening in the world. She was a good friend to everyone in the community and was admired for always giving back.

Sardarni Pritam Kaur Ji is survived by loving children: Bhupinder and Amrita, Maninder and Lisa, Navinder and Abha, and grandchildren: Lucky and Ananya, Angad and Urvashi, Janvi, Honey, and Julian. She will forever be missed by her family and friends.
