Raji Susan Manavath, age 60, passed away in an accident on October 6
th
. Raji was born to Amminy and P.C. Raju in Kerala, India and has two younger siblings, a sister, Renu John, and a brother, Ranjit Raju. Raji completed her MSW and Ph.M in New Delhi.
Shortly thereafter the family moved to Georgia where Raji started her family and raised three children: Roshni, Sanjana, and George “Gregory”. Raji is preceded in death by her daughter, Roshni, one year to the day.
Raji relished her community ties through Wells Fargo in Lilburn and her church. She was involved in volunteering with Tiny Stitches.
Manavath family are members of St. Mary's Malankara Syriac Orthodox Church. Atlanta, GA.
She is survived by her sister and brother, her husband, Jacob Manavath, her daughter Sanjana Mammen, her son Gregory Mammen, her son-in-law, Philip Mathew, and her grandson who was the light of her life, Christian Mathew. She wanted her family and friends to know that she would be at peace being able to see her eldest daughter in heaven.
