Ray Gary Sweeting

Gary began his new adventure on May 26, 2023 after a very brief illness.

Gary was a very private person and very shy. If you were invited into his life, either as a friend or as a co-worker, you were important to him. He was an avid gardener, enjoyed traveling, and was a true Sci-Fi geek.

Gary was survived by his husband, Robert Roddy, and they enjoyed 26 unforgettable and happy years together.

As was Gary’s compassionate and loving way, he would appreciate any donations to the American Cancer Society or to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital .
