Reggie Von Garrison, age 74, of Bethlehem, Georgia went to be with the Lord on July 14, 2013. He was born on January 16, 1939 in Wabash, Indiana to Alice Overman and Walter C. Garrison. He graduated from Noble High school in 1957 and married his high school sweetheart Carole Roller on New Year's Day in 1959. He was in the U.S. Navy for 10 years and served on the carrier Oriskany during the Vietnam War. He retired from Honeywell after 32 years as a Systems Engineer with fire alarms and security systems. He loved the Lord and was a good and faithful servant by being an Elder for many years and retired in 2012 as an Elder Emeritus at New Hope Christian Church in Lawrenceville, Ga. due to bad health. He taught the Men's Class and Bible study for many years. He was a devoted and loving husband, father and grandfather and lived life to the fullest. He was preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Alice Garrison; brothers Walter Vern and Perry Garrison; sister Marilyn Denney; and brother-in-law Frank Brandenburg, all of Wabash, Indiana. He is survived by his wife of 54 years Carole; daughter Robyn Turnham and husband Doug, Lawrenceville, GA.; two sons, Christopher, Bethlehem, GA., Randall and wife Tammy , Monroe, GA.; 5 grandchildren, Sherrolyn, Sean, Conner and Vaughan Garrison and Tristan Turnham; sister, Betty Brandenburg; sister-in-laws, Joyce Garrison and Michelle Atkinson and husband Gary; and brother-in-law, Donald Denney and wife Wanda, all of Wabash, Indiana.
