Rosella Perkins Kinard, age 91 of Lawrenceville, Georgia, passed away August 18, 2018 at Ashton Hall in Lawrenceville. She is predeceased by her husband, Paul David Kinard and parents, Issac and Flora Mae Perkins. She is survived by her son, Michael Douglas Kinard; brothers, Carl Perkins and James Perkins; sister, Dorothy; four grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
