Rosemary Edenfield Peck

Rosemary Edenfield Peck, age 83, of Lawrenceville, Georgia passed away on Friday, April 30, 2021.

She was born on August 27, 1937 in Jacksonville, Florida and resided there until age 27. She then moved to Decatur, Georgia, then to Tucker, Georgia for most of her life and settled in Lawrenceville, Georgia.

Rosemary was a teller at Southern Bell in Florida. She absolutely loved working with children, as a Teacher at Livsey Elementary for most of her career. During that time, she received her master’s degree at Georgia State University then began teaching at Dekalb County Schools. “Some people are born with the answers to life”. To love and to be loved is how Rosemary lived her life. She never met a stranger.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Anita Darlene Peck. Rosemary is survived by her two daughters, Nannette George & Karen Nichols. Siblings, Norma Shephard (David), Ronnie Edenfield and Donna Epps. “Nana” was a proud grandmother to her grandchildren, Robert Krakeel (Whitney) and Jon Krakeel.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
