Roy Gibby, 66, passed away on Sunday October 14, 2018. Born on March 1, 1952 in Atlanta, Georgia to the late Lucy Jones and Leon Gibby and resided in Newnan. Roy was preceded in death by a brother, Neal Gibby; sisters, Mary Ellen Gibby, Dale Kretschmar, Gail Rowle. Survivors include his wife, Linda Slay of Newnan; brothers Leon Gibby of Sherrills Ford NC, Larry Gibby of Loganville and Rex Gibby of Jonesboro; sister, Marrow Jean McDaniel of Lavonia. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, October 16, 2018 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Wages & Sons Funeral Home Stone Mountain.
