Sally was preceded in death by her parents, Robert, and Betty Harper. Sally is survived by her daughter Rachel Jenkins and her brothers, Joel Harper, Greg Harper, Mark Harper, and John Harper.

Funeral and service to be held grave side on Thursday January 7th, 2021 at 11:00am at Gwinnett Memorial Park located at 925 Lawrenceville Hwy., Lawrenceville, Georgia 30046
