Samantha Mae Grubbs

Samantha Mae Brooks Grubbs passed away Saturday August 25, 2012. Mae was born in Covington, GA on January 21, 1916. She grew up in Griffin, GA and lived in Centerport, Long Island, New York for over 30 years and retired to Monroe, GA where her brother in law and sister in law Kenneth and Bunky Grubbs reside. Mae was an avid golfer, an expert bridge player, a devoted wife, and a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She is survived by her son Kenneth Grubbs, daughters and sons in law Rebecca Bruce Dalrymple, Louise Raymond Sears, 8 grandchildren, 7 great grand children and numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Tuesday August 28, 2012 from 12 PM until 3 PM at Wages and Sons Gwinnett Chapel 1031 Lawrenceville Hwy, Lawrenceville with a Graveside service at 4PM at Rest Haven Cemetery, Monroe with Rev.
