Sara Jane Clark

Sara Jane Clark, 81, of Covington, Georgia passed away on Wednesday, November 13, 2019. She was born in Decatur, Georgia to the late Georgia Stone and Vester Wilkins. She was a long time member of St. John Baptist Church in Decatur, Georgia. She is preceded in death by her husband, J.L. Clark; a son, Bobby Clark; son-in-law, Johnny Nix; brothers, Freddy Wilkins and Alvin Wilkins; sister, Betty Robertson; and a great grandson, Maddox Starnes. Survivors include her children, Rhonda (Jimmy) Crowe, John (Missy) Clark, Tim Clark, Lisa Nix, Amy (Tim) Exum; grandchildren, Jacob (KaLeigh) Williams, Jeremy Williams, Julia Beason, Chase Exum, Maria (Clint) Starnes, Linda Nix, Travis Nix; great grandchildren, Avery & Jaden Starnes. The family will receive friends on Saturday, November 16, 2019 from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Services will be held on Sunday, November 17, 2019 at 2:00 pm in the Chapel of Wages & Sons Funeral Home Stone Mountain Chapel.
