Sarah Elizabeth Foster

Sarah Elizabeth Foster (Clarke), of Auburn, GA, passed away on November 14, 2021. Sarah was born in Atlanta, GA on May 1, 1933 to parents Howard and Emma Louise Clarke.

Sarah worked as a branch manager at Decatur Federal starting in 1969 and retired in 1991. She was a devoted member of Dacula UMC. Sarah was a devoted friend to many, as well as a wonderful mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.

Sarah is survived by her three daughters: Marcia Dykes (Ronny) of Dacula, GA; Patti Bray (David) of Demorest, GA; and Julie Manley (Phil) of Auburn, GA; 8 Grandchildren: Michelle Hamby (David) of Dacula, GA, Justin Dykes of Vancouver, WA, Kimberly Price (Ben) of Savannah, GA, Julie Irvin (Rob) of Atlanta, GA, Amy Bray of Gainesville, GA, Kyle Manley (Halle) of Flowery Branch, GA, Jordan Diaz (Joe) of Commerce, GA, and Hannah Durden (Coby) of Flowery Branch, GA; and 9 Great-grandchildren: Jessica and Miles Hamby, Daisy and Murphy Price, Cooper and Cameron Manley, Cole Diaz, Josie and Jack Durden.

A memorial service will be held on Sunday, November 21, 2021 at 4:00 PM at First UMC of Dacula, 2655 Fence Rd. Dacula, GA 30019. 770-963-0785.
