Sean Thomas Lanning, age 15, of Perry was born on June 23, 2003 and passed away on Friday, January 4, 2019. He enjoyed playing video games, spending time outside with friends, fishing and swimming. Sean loved reading comics- his favorite characters were Calvin and Hobbs. He was well liked and loved by many. Sean was very smart and had an inquisitive mind. He is survived by Mother, Amanda Sweaney; Father, Michael Lanning; Stepfather, Claude Sweaney; Siblings, Korrine Lanning, Anthony Lanning, Haleigh Sweaney & Amelia Lanning; Aunts & Uncles, Scott & Rebekah Madsen, Katherine Gainous, Jeremy Gainous, Christina Hensley, Shannon Aldridge, Mark & Kendra Evans; Grandparents, Roger Gainous, LeAnn & Ron Blinzler; Danny & Elizabeth Sweaney; Great Grandparents, Elaine Dixon.
