Socorro Escorpion (Capili) Zandueta

Socorro Escorpion Capili, age 67, of Alpharetta, GA passed away October 4, 2018. She was preceded in death by her parents, Daniel and Cesarea Capili; siblings Ed Capili and Erlinda Sicangco, and husband Roberto Zandueta; survivors include her daughters, Tracy Turley and her husband Ryan, of Suwanee, GA; Nancy Blackmon and her husband Nile, of Denver, CO; son Joseph Zandueta, of Duluth, GA; sisters Nelia Santos of San Ramon, CA and Brenda Leus of South San Francisco, CA; grandchildren, Jai Zoe Blackmon of Denver, CO and Raegan Turley and Remy Turley of Suwanee, GA. A funeral service will be held Wednesday, October 10, 2018 at St. Benedict’s Catholic Church in Duluth, GA at 10:30 A.M. Father Paul Flood will officiate. In lieu of flowers please make donations in Socorro’s memory to Susan G. Komen Atlanta, 3525 Piedmont Rd., Building 5, Suite 215 Atlanta, GA 30305.
