Terry A. Dilmore, 83, died Monday, April 12, 2021, in Decatur, Georgia. He was born October 13, 1937, in Elmira, New York, and graduated from Horseheads (New York) High School in 1955. Memorial plans will be announced in coming weeks. The family requests any memorial donations be made to Town and Country Fire Department in Horseheads, New York.
