Thomas Glenn Jenkins, 88, departed this life on August 10, 2023, in Stone Mountain, GA. He was born March 27, 1935 in Warren Arkansas the son of Claude Columbus Jenkins and Fannie Marks Jenkins, who preceded him in death. Also, preceding in death sisters: Opal Anderson, Suedean Broughton, Pauline Draper. Brothers: Leonard Jenkins, James Jenkins, Claude Jenkins Jr.

He received his formal education and graduated from the Warren School system. After graduating, he worked and moved to Chicago

While in Chicago he soon married Mary Lee Washington and he joined Western Electric as a Communications worker. He also joined The Communications Workers of America Local 3263 as proud member.

In 1985, he moved to the Atlanta area with Western Electric, which later became AT&T. In 1998 after many years of service, Thomas G. Jenkins retired from the company after 34 years of service.

Thomas Glenn Jenkins enjoyed life and Football, Carpentry, Auto-Racing, Boxing and Bicycles.

He leaves to cherish his loving memory: Daughter: Sharon Glennette Rice of Harvest, AL, Son: Derrick Glenn Jenkins (Yonnine) of California, Daughter: Monique Jemmett (Nigel) PemBury, Kenk UKBrothers: Doyle Jenkins, Lincoln Jenkins Sisters: Geraldine Hutchins, Dorothy Beasley, Paulette Jacobs, Julia (Mae) Jensen, Helen Boswell A host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many, many dear friends.
